Right to Complain

If you have complaints about how your (personal) data is processed, we will be happy to help resolve this through mutual agreement. Initially, direct your complaint to info@katwijksmuseum.nl. Based on the Personal Data Protection Act and the General Data Protection Regulation, you have the right to file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority regarding our processing of your personal data. You can contact the Data Protection Authority for this.
